Policies

Here is a quick reminder of our policies:
All services are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for filling out paperwork and changing clothes.

We require 24 hour advance notice for appointment cancellations or a $25 fee will be assessed.

For customers using coupons purchased through websites such as Living Social, Eversave, Groupon or Your Best Deals, failure to cancel your appointment withing 24 hours will result in them having to pay the difference on the deal value.

Failure to show up ON TIME for a scheduled appointment will cause your appointment time to be adjusted. If we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.

Frequent no call/no shows will require a credit card to hold desired appointment time.

Pamper Parties require a 50% deposit due 5 days before the requested day.

This is your time to relax so please make appropriate child care arrangements.
