Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Your membership runs month-to-month. You can cancel anytime — we want you here because you love it, not because you’re locked in.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! If you need to take a break (vacation, medical, etc.), just let us know and we can pause your membership.
What if I want to upgrade or downgrade?
You can change your tier at any time. Just reach out and we’ll adjust it for your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are applied fresh each month. We encourage you to use your monthly services — that’s the whole point of committing to your self-care routine!
Can I share my membership perks with someone?
Membership services are for you, but your birthday companion perk (15% off) can be used by anyone you bring along during your birthday month!
How do I book as a member?
Book online as usual, or text 443-381-6882 for priority extended-hours scheduling. Members get first access to early morning and late evening time slots.
