Please take a moment to view our policies. 

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for finding parking, filling out paperwork and changing clothes. This is your time to relax so please make appropriate child care arrangements.


Here at Sky Lounge Skin Care we truly value your time and we strive to accommodate all of our guests in a timely fashion. As a courtesy to all of our other guests we ask that you arrive on time and if you’re unable to make it to a scheduled appointment please reach out to a member of our team as soon as possible. A late fee of $25 will be assessed depending on the service.  Clients that cancel or reschedule their appointment on the same day will be charged a fee of 100% of the total of the services scheduled. Failure to call and cancel your appointment is considered a NO SHOW and will be charged a fee of 100% of the total cost of services scheduled. Please note appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 2 hours of scheduled time will be treated as a NO SHOW. Frequent no call/no shows will require full payment at scheduling. 


Failure to show up ON TIME for an appointment will cause your appointment to be treated as a walk-in. If we are able to accommodate If we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.You will have to pay for your appointment but 50% of that cost can be applied to your next visit.


There is a non refundable deposit of $350 for all classes booked. The deposit is due at scheduling. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled class date. Classes are for LICENSED individuals only. Students are responsible for ensuring their licenses are up to date.
